Ever think about becoming a

Ski Patroller?

Tyrol Basin is looking for a few good people to join our Ski Patrol.  Boarder or skier, you must be at least 18 years old.  Here are some of the things you could expect:

·       A 16-week course meeting one evening per week starting the beginning of July, for Outdoor Emergency Care training.  First year only and testing is required.

·       Twelve weeks of on-hill training in proficiency and toboggan handling.  First year only, testing required.

·       NSP dues and the purchase of your pack and jacket.

·       Working (skiing/boarding) with some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and at a great ski hill.

·       You will be required to patrol a minimum of 70 hours or approximately 16 shifts per ski season.  You may patrol additional hours as well.

·       A lot of fun with great people (discounts on equipment, too)!
